Brief description: Every year, Global Major Entrance Scholarships (GMES) and excellent global Students rewards are presented to outstanding global students ingoing undergraduate programs at UBC.  Students get their scholarships when they enter their 1st year at UBC, and the scholarships are renewable for up to 3 additional years of study.

• • be an global student who will be studying at UBC on a Canadian study authorize (student visa). (Changes to your residency position will concern your scholarship eligibility.)
• • demonstrate excellent educational attainment, intellectual assure, as well as inspiring optional and community contribution.
• • submit an application to UBC by 15 January
