Brief description: The International
Undergraduate Exchange Scholarship (also well-known as the International UGRAD Scholarship)
offers 1 semester scholarships to outstanding undergraduate students from round
the world for non-degree full-time study shared with public provision, specialized
progress, and cultural improvement.
International UGRAD is
controlled by World Learning on behalf of U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of
Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA).

Scholarship inclusions/duration: Mass organizations are
projected to demonstrate significant charge share promises. Patterns contain
in-state tuition instead of out-of-state, accommodation sacrifices, significant
tuition deductions or scholarships, and accommodation and fee decreases. The
scholarship will protection 1 educational semester.
Eligibility: The International
Undergraduate Exchange Package is open to anyone who is/has:
- • over
18 years of age;
- • a
civilian of a UGRAD contributing state, presently living in that country;
- • enrolled
as an undergraduate in good standing at any credited university, public
or private, and has at least 1 semester left over at their home
university at the conclusion of the UGRAD program;
- • completed
secondary education in their home country;
- • a
solid command of written and spoken English (English Language training for
some finalists is probable);
- • capable
to launch studies in the United States in August 2018 or January 2019
(selected applicants may not defer to a later date);
- • qualified
to accept and preserve the US student exchange visa (J-1) essential for
the scholarship;
- • empty
by a physician to contribute in the scholarship;
- • dedicated
to returning to their home country after the accomplishment of the scholarship.
