Eligibility: The VU Scholarship Programme (VUFP) is an Excellence scholarship programme for strongly inspired students with outstanding study results. Qualified applicants must be capable to verify their academic brilliance, must be admitted to an English taught Master’s degree at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
Students with the Dutch nationality and/or a Dutch degree (given that the Dutch degree is used for admission) are not qualified for admission.
Application instructions: Please note that you must have applied for the Master programme before you can submit an application for the VUFP scholarship.
Students must register for a Master’s programme in Studielink then you must submit an application your VUFP application with supporting documents in VUnet.  The closing date for applications is 1 February 2018.

Brief description:  The Global Undergraduate Scholarships were recognized by the University of Melbourne in identification of the considerable donation made by global students to the diversity of the University’s student population.

Number of Awards:  The University generally rewards 50 scholarships for each year.

Scholarship value/inclusions: The Global Undergraduate scholarship offers one of the following settlement:
• a one off $10,000 fee reduction from tuition fees in the 1st year of an undergraduate degree; or
• a 50% reduction from tuition fees for the normal full-time duration of an undergraduate degree; or
• a 100% reduction from tuition fees for the normal full-time duration of an undergraduate degree.

Eligibility: To be considered for a fee reduction scholarship you must:
• To be a resident of a country other than Australia and New Zealand and not a permanent citizen of Australia;
• To  have received an unconditional propose for an undergraduate course;
• To have achieved outstanding final year school results, such as:     
    • – 4 A-grades in the GCE A Levels
    • – an ATAR of 99.9 in the Australian Year 12 program,
    • – overall 98% in an approved Foundation program
    • – an Global Baccalaureate (IB) score of 44;
• not have  formerly undertaken any tertiary studies (apart from expansion studies completed as part of a year 12 program);
Application instructions: You do not require submit an application for this scholarship. All qualified students who have received an unconditional propose for admission to an undergraduate degree will automatically be measured.  
There are 5 selection rounds with a designated number of scholarships presented for every round:
  • • November, December and January for students starting in Semester 1 or 2
  • • April and May for students starting in Semester 2

The scholarships are renewable but the student must maintain a minimum average of 75% in arrange to be suitable for renewal.
Eligibility: Applications will be measured based on academics, community involvement, referee/reference letters and statement of interest.

Brief description: The University of Canterbury proposes the UC International 1st Year Scholarship to top-achieving global students commencing an undergraduate degree programme at the University.

Number of Scholarships: Up to 25 scholarships may be honored.
Target group: Global students from every country except New Zealand and Australia
Scholarship value/duration: The scholarship is currently honored with values of $10,000, $15,000 or $20,000. The duration is for 1 year.
Eligibility: Qualified applicants must be full-fee-paying global students and may not be citizens of New Zealand or Australia, or holders of New Zealand residence class visas. They must be completing, or have completed on or after 1 January of the year before the year of application, a University Entrance-level qualification that permits entry into a University of Canterbury undergraduate degree programme. 
Applicants must have submitted for admission to the University by 15 August in the year prior to their intended 1st year of enrolment at the University.
