Brief description: Female students generally resident in a developing country as planned who are admitted to pursue an undergraduate or a Taught Master’s postgraduate course within the College of Human and Health Sciences at Swansea University shall be suitable to submit an application for the Eira Francis Davies Scholarship.

Scholarship value/inclusions: The Eira Francis Davies Scholarship is a full tuition fee scholarship.
Eligibility: You must hold a propose to study at Swansea University and it will be awarded to female students representing academic brilliance and confirmation of financial need.
• For undergraduate courses, candidates are projected to achieve 3 A and/or B grades at A-Level or comparable (excluding General Studies) and 5 A and/or B grades at GCSE level or comparable. For Postgraduate Taught courses, candidates should have a minimum of a 2:1 Bachelors degree (or equivalent). In the case of all candidates, their English language aptitude must meet any predetermined situation of propose and UKBA necessities.
• Applicants must be new, full-time, degree seeking, non-EU candidates.
• Applicants must have fulfilled an application to study and received the propose of a place at Swansea University with the College of Human and Health Sciences
• Applicants must show strong academic capacity and financial need.

• Applicants should not be suitable for other financial support from Swansea University e.g. tuition fee reductions through collaborative links or bursaries Please note that students progressing from ICWS are not suitable to submit an application for an International Scholarship.
Application instructions: You should only submit an application for a scholarship once you have applied for admission and successfully been proposed a place (either conditional or unconditional) on the course you wish to study.  To submit an application for a scholarship, you will need to complete the relevant scholarship application form. The closing date for September 2016 entry is 25 July 2016.

Brief description: The Kofi Annan Business School Foundation offers Scholarships for brilliant and motivated students from developing countries that permit them to gain a 1-year full-time MBA degree at ESMT.
Host Institution(s): ESMT European School of Management and Technology, Germany in cooperation with the Kofi Annan Business Schools Foundation in The Hague, Netherlands.

Field(s) of study: 1-year, full-time Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
Number of Scholarships: Up to 5 scholarships are accessible 1 year.
Target group: Residents of one of the UN-listed LDCs, LLDCs, or of Palestine
Scholarship value/inclusions: The fellowship covers full tuition and fees and a monthly stipend for living expenses.
Eligibility: Candidates must be local in one of the UN’s Least Developed Countries (LDCs),Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDCs) or Palestine. Applications are confident from applicants who hold at least a bachelor’s degree from any academic discipline and demonstrate 3 years of post-graduate professional experience. All candidates are required to take the GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) before gaining admission to the ESMT Full-time MBA program.
After graduation, Fellows are projected to commit to returning to their home countries or regions to participate for at least 3 years in the development of the local or regional economy.
Application instructions: Scholarships can be granted only after an applicant has been admitted to the ESMT MBA program.  Applications are only received online via ESMT’s website. Potential candidates may also submit a CV for a preliminary check to determine whether they are qualified to submit an application. The application closing date for the MBA is 30 September.
