What is it about: The Government of the People's Republic of China has positioned at the clearance of UNESCO for the academic year 2016-2017, under the co-sponsorship of UNESCO, seventy-five (75) scholarships for advanced studies at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. These scholarships are for the advantage of developing Member States in Africa, Asia–Pacific, Latin America, Europe and North America and Arab province.

The scholarship, reasonable at a selected  number of Chinese universities, are for a duration of 1 year. These fellowships, are in most luggage to be conducted in English. In excellent cases, applicants may be requisite to study Chinese language before taking up research/study in their fields of interest.

How to apply for UNESCO/China Scholarships: Complete the online application method of the Chinese Scholarship Council online application for worldwide students at:http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua/noticeen.html, (Agency number 00001) and also download and complete the application form on the top of the right column of this page and send it to UNESCO (both applications if probable). The letter of admission in a Chinese University is not compulsory.
