permanent people. Both graduate and postgraduate studies at credited institutions
are supported.

Eligibility: Candidates must be female and have nationality in a country
other than the USA or possession of a nonimmigrant visa if reside in the USA. Female
investment dual nationality in the USA and other country are not qualified. Candidates
must have earned the comparable of a United States bachelor’s degree by 30
September 2017, and must have submitted an application to their projected organizations
of study by the time of the application.
